ArtShed reserves the right to update or revise this Returns, Refunds & Reprints Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in our services or customer feedback. When updates are made, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page regularly, as the policy in effect at the time you place an order will apply.
Our Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our printed products. If your order arrives with defects that fall outside of standard industry tolerances, we're here to help.
Please contact ArtShed Customer Service through our online support system within six (6) business days of receiving your order if you believe there's a problem. All claims must be submitted in writing.
If we don't hear from you within that timeframe, we'll assume your order was received as expected and will not be obligated to provide a refund or reprint.
What Happens Next
Once you contact us, we'll review your issue within five (5) business days. During this process, we may request additional information. If we don't receive that information within a reasonable time, we won't be able to move forward with a refund or reprint.
If your claim is approved, we'll offer one of the following solutions:
- A reprint of the original job using rush production
- A full refund of the original order total
We may also request samples of the defective product before finalizing the resolution.
Finalizing the Resolution
A Customer Service rep will reach out within 24–48 hours after we approve a solution. If we don't hear back from you within five (5) business days, we'll consider the issue resolved and close the case.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, you must return the entire original order to the return address provided. If the product is not returned within 15 calendar days, your refund or reprint will be canceled and the original charge will remain.
No refunds or reprints will be processed until the original product is returned and received.
- Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days of receiving the product.
- Reprints begin within one (1) business day of receiving your return or sooner if arranged.
What Doesn't Qualify for Refund or Reprint
The following issues are not eligible for refund, return, or reprint:
- Orders refused at delivery or marked undeliverable.
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by customer error or carrier issues.
- Artwork problems (e.g., low resolution, incorrect color format, typos, missing bleed, etc.).
- Color shifts or density differences due to file formatting.
- Inability to write or print on UV-coated or specialty materials unless stated otherwise.
- Duplicate orders submitted by mistake.
- Orders canceled after entering production.
- Missed deadlines due to late order placement.
- Violation of ArtShed's website or order terms.
- Malware or corrupted files not detected by our systems.
- Lost customer data or history.
- Issues we weren't notified of within the required timeframe.
- Orders released without a signature.
