Long-lasting and durable, gator board signs are the ideal choice for business and display signage. This substrate is comprised of extruded polystyrene foam bonded between two layers of wood-fiber veneer and printed with UV inks for long-lasting, vibrant color. At 3/16″ thick, it's stronger and more durable than foam core but just as lightweight. Suitable for interior and exterior usage, gator board is great for exhibits, displays, retail signage, presentations, and much more.

Important Note for Black Gator Board:
If you select black gator board, a white mask file is required, even if your artwork does not include white or opaque colors. For artwork without white or opaque elements, an empty mask file (a blank file with no mask data) must still be submitted. This ensures proper processing and production of your order.

If you need white or opaque/full-color elements, we recommend creating a mask file to define where white ink should be applied. This is essential because the black gator board material is naturally black, and white or opaque colors do not print automatically from the artwork file. A correctly prepared mask file ensures accurate and vibrant printing results.
