The current acceptable file types are .pdf, .jpg, and .eps files.

The print area is:

i. 8.5 x 3 for the 11oz mug.

ii. 9 x 4 for the 15oz mug.

For white mugs, the background color must be C-0 M-0 Y-0 K-0. White color for white mugs will be ignored.

Yes. You can utilize our certified templates when setting up your mug order.

No. Please do not send your artwork with crop marks or any other printer marks, including registration marks or color bars.
